A Family-Owned Business with Deep Agricultural Roots

Diamond R Equipment was founded in 2001 by Jim Rehagen, who grew up immersed in farming and machinery. What began with a few lines of implements has grown into two thriving locations:

  • Higginsville, MO – 19677 N Outer Rd, Higginsville, MO 64037

From the beginning, the Rehagen family has been hands-on. Jim oversees service and daily operations, while Trisha Rehagen leads HR and helps guide the business forward. Their children and extended family have also been involved in agriculture over the years, making Diamond R Equipment a true family enterprise.

The LS Tractor Partnership: Loyalty, Opportunity and Growth

Diamond R Equipment’s relationship with LS Tractor began in a way that reflects their values: loyalty and integrity.

They originally sold Montana tractors, which were built by LS. When LS approached them about becoming a dealer, Jim and Trisha initially declined out of loyalty to Montana. But when Montana’s situation changed, LS returned – and this time, the partnership was a perfect fit.

They signed with LS Tractor in 2009 and brought in their first four S3010 tractors. Years later they learned Diamond R Equipment sold the first LS Tractor ever purchased in the United States, which was shipped to North Carolina.

Jim recalls, “We brought in our first four LS tractors and loved them. We sold the first LS tractor ever in the US – we didn’t even know it at the time.”

Today, LS Tractor is their leading line and highest-selling tractor brand.
